Welcome! I am pleased to have you visit my paintings and learn more about my work.
My work reflects life around me in the Hill Country region of central Texas and on Northern California’s Mendocino Coast, where the play of light on the land and in the trees catches my breath. I like to spend most of my time outside and marvel at the "paintings" all around me. Frequent travel enhances my range of subjects.
I am particularly interested in the light as it shines through in magic moments to remind us all of God's creation and presence. I work from plein aire studies produced on location and from my own photographic reference material.
